I always have great service from all the staff at this surgery. Yesterday I saw the nurse Marta who made me feel very relaxed and explained the procedure thoroughly. I normally see is Dr Jenkinson and I always feel I get the right advice, treatment and the time taken to discuss any other issues. An extremely good surgery with lots of other services available to patients.

Excellent, experienced doctors whom are very thorough, and have helped me for many years with my long-term health condition, as well as various ailments. All the nurses are very knowledgeable and have given me useful advice from managing my asthma to weight management. There have been duty doctors from time to time. Some of them were exceptional - particularly Dr Siva, who went in-depth to find out the source of a foot problem I had. I am also glad that the medical centre welcomes student doctors whom need to learn about this specialised area of medicine. I received good service from the receptionists. Many of them have worked at the centre for several years. They are also friendly, helpful and know me by name. This is a very good practice, and I have noticed an increase in new patients, due to their reputation. I am happy with the care I have received since moving to Croydon in 1999. Overall, the medical team are great, and I am very satisfied.

Good explanation before our irrigation. Effective treatment. Good advice on ongoing treatment of the condition and its courses. A slight delay at the start of the appointment, but not unreasonable.

The doctor (Cole) and nurses (Debbie Le Serve, Marta Dorta Alagon and colleagues) are expert and show the utmost concern for mt welfare, even when working under pressure. An improvement would be more staff during holiday periods but this would probably depend on better funding.
